Liderazgo transformacional y el desempeño tareas de la Municipalidad Provincial de San Ignacio – Cajamarca, 2022

Abstract

En el presente trabajo de investigación “Liderazgo transformacional y el desempeño tareas de la Municipalidad Provincial de San Ignacio – Cajamarca, 2022“teniendo como objetivó principal determinar la relación que existe entre el liderazgo transformacional y el desempeño tareas dentro de la municipalidad donde permitirá que los servidores tengan un buen desempeño de tareas cumpliendo con las expectativas de la institución, esta investigación consta de cuatro capítulos que se argumenta a continuación. El primer capítulo se refiere al problema que encontraremos sobre la investigación, teniendo en cuenta las causas la cual lo originaron, como también la argumentación de su justificación, además de plantear ciertos objetivos explicando su propósito de la institución. En el segundo capítulo se analiza toda investigación para encontrar algunos antecedentes que tengan un sentido de similitud con nuestra investigación, además de ejecutar nuestro marco teórico teniendo en cuenta nuestras investigaciones analizadas para poder construir un buen argumento dentro de este, así mismo se generó una hipótesis donde esta nos demuestra la relación de ambas variables tanto de desempeño tareas y liderazgo transformacional. En el tercer capítulo se registrará los materiales y métodos que se generaran dentro de la investigación tales como que gran capacidad de servidores se estará evaluando, aplicando nuestro instrumento como lo son las encuestas para determinar la relación de ambas variables dentro de la municipalidad tomando en cuenta una población de 232 servidores donde se realizó la prueba de normalidad de Kolmogorov-Smirnov puesto que la población era mayor a 50 trabajadores. En nuestro último capítulo se procede a la presentación y ejecución de los resultados que se encontraron mediante la investigación donde se analiza e interpreta los resultados de nuestra encuesta, con gráficos estadísticos además de determinar conclusiones y recomendación de nuestra investigación teniendo en cuenta nuestros objetivos planteados donde vendrían a ser nuestros resultados de investigación.

In the present research work “Transformational leadership and task performance of the Provincial Municipality of San Ignacio - Cajamarca, 2022“ having as main objective to determine the relationship that exists between transformational leadership and task performance within the municipality where it will allow the servers have a good performance of tasks complying with the expectations of the institution, this research consists of four chapters that are discussed below. The first chapter refers to the problem that we will find about the investigation, taking into account the causes which originated it, as well as the argumentation of its justification, in addition to proposing certain objectives explaining its purpose of the institution. In the second chapter, all research is analyzed to find some antecedents that have a sense of similarity with our research, in addition to executing our theoretical framework taking into account our analyzed research in order to build a good argument within it, likewise a hypothesis was generated. where this shows us the relationship of both variables of both task performance and transformational leadership. In the third chapter, the materials and methods that will be generated within the investigation will be recorded, such as the great capacity of servers that will be evaluated, applying our instrument such as the surveys to determine the relationship of both variables within the municipality taking into account a population of 232 workers where the Kolmogorov-Smirnov normality test was performed since the population was greater than 50 workers. In our last chapter we proceed to the presentation and execution of the results that were found through the investigation where the results of our survey are analyzed and interpreted, with statistical graphs in addition to determining conclusions and recommendations of our investigation taking into account our objectives where would become our research results.
