Influencia del programa de redes educativas rurales en la gestión de las instituciones educativas de la UGEL Pataz - 2023

Abstract

El objetivo de la investigación fue determinar la influencia del programa de redes educativas rurales en la gestión de las instituciones educativas de la UGEL Pataz - 2023. Pues se ha evidenciado en diferentes estudios y países, que los programas de intervención educativa favorecen en el logro de objetivos. Metodológicamente se sustenta en un estudio de tipo básico, cuantitativo, de nivel explicativo. La población estuvo constituida por 41 instituciones educativas que integran las RER. Se empleó como muestra a la población total, por ser esta pequeña, siendo la población muestral. Para recolectar los datos se utilizó la encuesta, teniendo como instrumento dos cuestionarios de elaboración propia, con 20 ítems para cada variable, estos fueron validados por Juicio de Expertos. Se utilizó Microsoft Excel y el software estadístico SPSS versión 26, para procesar los datos. Los resultados de la investigación determinaron que si existe relación o influencia significativa (sig <0.05), del programa redes educativas rurales en la variable gestión de las instituciones educativas, con un coeficiente Rho de Spearman de 0.315, indicado una influencia positiva en nivel bajo

The objective of the research was to determine the influence of the rural educational networks program on the management of the educational institutions of the UGEL Pataz - 2023. It has been shown in different studies and countries that educational intervention programs favor the achievement of goals. Methodologically it is based on a basic, quantitative, explanatory level study. The population was made up of 41 educational institutions that make up the RER. The total population was used as a sample, since it is small, being the sample population. To collect the data, the survey was used, with two self-developed questionnaires as instruments, with 20 items for each variable, these were validated by Expert Judgment. Microsoft Excel and SPSS statistical software version 26 were used to process the data. The results of the research determined that there is a significant relationship or influence (sig <0.05) of the rural educational networks program on the management variable of educational institutions, with a Spearman's Rho coefficient of 0.315, indicating a positive influence at a low level.
