Liderazgo transaccional y su relación con el desempeño laboral de los colaboradores del Banco de Crédito del Perú de la Agencia España - Trujillo trimestre julio-setiembre 2017

Abstract

La presente investigación tiene como objetivo principal determinar si existe relación entre el liderazgo transaccional y el desempeño laboral de los colaboradores del Banco de Crédito del Perú de la agencia España – Trujillo trimestre julio – setiembre 2017 y a la vez encontrar el nivel de cada una de las variables, así como el nivel de relación entre ambas variables y también el análisis de relaciones entre las dimensiones de cada variable. El problema formulado para la investigación fue si exist ía relación entre las variables anteriormente mencionadas para lo cual se empleó una hipótesis alternativa en donde se aprobó dicha relación. Asimismo, la población estuvo constituida por 15 colaboradores tomando como muestra al total de colaboradores ya que se posee una población relativamente pequeña. La metodología empleada para la recolección de datos fue la encuesta como técnica y el cuestionario como instrumento y las herramientas utilizadas fueron los métodos estadísticos, programas como SPSS y Excel. Los resultados más relevantes fueron que los colaboradores consideraron que existe un nivel de liderazgo transaccional alto con un 80%, por otro lado, el nivel de desempeño laboral en los colaboradores también fue alto con un 73,3% corroborando con la correlación de Pearson cuyo valor de coeficiente de relación fue de 0.820 en donde se afirma que sí existe una correlación positiva de nivel alta.

The main objective of the present investigation is to determine if there is a relationship between the transactional leadership and the work performance of Banco de Crédito del Perú employees of the agency Spain - Trujillo quarter July - September 2017 and at the same time find the level of each one of the variables, as well as the level of relationship between both variables and also the analysis of relationships between the dimensions of each variable. The problem formulated for the investigation was whether there was a relationship between the variables mentioned above, for which an alternative hypothesis was used in which the relationship was approved. Likewise, the population was made up of 15 collaborators, showing the total number of employees as a relatively small population. The methodology used for data collection was the survey as a technique and the questionnaire as an instrument and the tools used were statistical methods, programs such as SPSS and Excel. The most relevant results were that the employees considered that there is a high level of transactional leadership with 80%, on the other hand, the level of work performance in the collaborators was also high with 73.3% corroborating with the correlation of Pearson whose value ratio coefficient was 0.820 where it is affirmed that there is a positive correlation of high level.
