Sistema de control interno basado en COSO III para la mejora de la gestión de inventarios en la empresa Ingeniería Global & Empresarial S.A.C.

Abstract

La presente investigación tiene como título, Sistema de control interno basado en COSO III para la mejora de la Gestión de Inventarios en la empresa Ingeniería Global & Empresarial S.A.C. Trujillo 2019. Esta investigación tuvo como objetivo principal demostrar la influencia del sistema de control interno basado en el COSO III para la mejora de la gestión de inventarios en la empresa Ingeniería Global & Empresarial S.A.C. Como base teórica de la investigación consideramos como variable 1 control interno y, como variable 2 la gestión de inventarios, además se utilizó la técnica de la encuesta, mediante el instrumento del cuestionario, a nuestra muestra de 24 trabajadores. En fundamento a nuestro objetivo se realizó la investigación siguiendo una metodología cualitativa - explicativa con un diseño descriptivo simple, para el recojo de la información. Finalmente, la principal conclusión del trabajo fue que el sistema de control interno basado en el COSO III influyó de forma positiva a la mejora de la gestión de inventarios de la empresa Ingeniería Global & Empresarial S.A.C.; hipótesis que fue confirmada mediante la prueba de Chi-cuadrado en el programa IBM SPSS, a la vez que se obtuvo como resultado que existe un mejor manejo del control interno que beneficia y da soporte a todos los trabajadores de la empresa, y que estos han mejorado su trabajo eficazmente debido a la adecuada gestión que ha mejorado posterior al nuevo sistema incorporado.

This research has as its title, Internal Control System based on COSO III for the improvement of Inventory Management in the company Ingeniería Global & Empresarial S.A.C. Trujillo 2019. This research had as main objective to demonstrate the influence of the internal control system based on COSO III for the improvement of inventory management in the company Ingeniería Global & Empresarial S.A.C. As a theoretical basis for the investigation, we consider as variable 1 internal control and, as variable 2, inventory management, the survey technique was also used, through the questionnaire instrument, to our sample of 24 workers. Based on our objective, the research was carried out following a qualitative - explanatory methodology with a simple descriptive design, for the collection of information. Finally, the main conclusion of the work was that the internal control system based on COSO III positively influenced the improvement of the inventory management of the company Ingeniería Global & Empresarial S.A.C .; hypothesis that was confirmed by the Chi-square test in the IBM SPSS program, while it was obtained as a result that there is a better management of internal control that benefits and supports all workers in the company, and that these have Improved your work effectively due to proper management that has improved after the new built-in system.
