Influencia de la plataforma Canvas en la gestión didáctica del docente UPAO, 2021

Abstract

La presente investigación titulada “Influencia de la plataforma Canvas en la gestión didáctica del docente UPAO 2021”, fue de tipo básica y explicativa, de carácter cuali/cuantitativo. El objetivo fue determinar la influencia de la plataforma Canvas en la gestión didáctica del docente UPAO, en el año 2021. Se utilizó el método hipotético deductivo y la estadística descriptiva (tablas y frecuencias) e inferencial (contrastación de hipótesis); asimismo, para las pruebas inferenciales se utilizó la Tau b de Kendall con un nivel de significancia de 0,001. La muestra para el estudio cuantitativo estuvo conformada por 20 docentes de la Escuela Profesional de Ingeniería de Computación y Sistemas. Para medir las variables se utilizó como instrumento de investigación el cuestionario, el cual fue sometido a la estadística de fiabilidad a través de Alfa de Cronbach, arrojando 0.903 para la variable plataforma Canvas y 0.941 para gestión docente, respectivamente. El instrumento cualitativo fue la guía de preguntas, la cual fue utilizada en la realización de entrevistas de profundidad y la validación de expertos. En cuanto a las conclusiones, se demuestra que existe influencia alta y muy significativa entre el uso de la plataforma Canvas y el componente pedagógico (Tb=1.00); que existe influencia baja entre el uso de la plataforma Canvas y el componente curricular (Tb=0.19); y con un valor de Tb=0.31; indica que existe una influencia media entre el uso de la plataforma Canvas y el componente didáctico. Por tanto, se concluyó con dar respuesta a nuestro enunciado ¿De qué manera influye el uso de la plataforma Canvas en la gestión didáctica del docente UPAO 2021?, encontrándose que existe una influencia media entre el uso de la plataforma Canvas y la gestión didáctica; con un valor de Tb=0.51 entre estas variables.

The present investigation entitled ““Influence of the Canvas platform in the didactic management of the UPAO 2021 teacher““, was of a basic and explanatory type, of a qualitative/quantitative nature. The objective was to determine the influence of the Canvas platform in the didactic management of the UPAO teacher, in the year 2021. The hypothetical-deductive method and descriptive statistics (tables and frequencies) and inferential (hypothesis testing) were used; Likewise, Kendall's Tau b was used for the inferential tests with a significance level of 0.001. The sample for the quantitative study consisted of 20 teachers from the Professional School of Computer and Systems Engineering. To measure the variables, the questionnaire was used as a research instrument, which was subjected to reliability statistics through Cronbach's Alpha, yielding 0.903 for the Canvas platform variable and 0.941 for teaching management, respectively. The qualitative instrument was the question guide, which was used in conducting in-depth interviews and expert validation. Regarding the conclusions, it is shown that there is a high and very significant influence between the use of the Canvas platform and the pedagogical component (Tb=1.00); that there is low influence between the use of the Canvas platform and the curricular component (Tb=0.19); and with a value of Tb=0.31; which indicates that there is a medium influence between the use of the Canvas platform and the didactic component. Therefore, it was concluded by responding to our statement: How does the use of the Canvas platform influence the didactic management of the UPAO 2021 teacher? Finding that there is a medium influence between the use of the Canvas platform and didactic management; with a value of Tb=0.51 between these variables.
