El Benchmarking en la Municipalidad Provincial de Ascope - 2020

Abstract

La presente investigación tiene como objetivo analizar el Benchmarking en la municipalidad provincial de Ascope 2020. Se utilizó un diseño descriptivo simple y para ello se trabajó con una muestra de 85 colaboradores (trabajadores), se aplicó un muestreo no probabilístico; asimismo la técnica es la encuesta y el instrumento utilizado es el cuestionario del autor Marcelo Torres (2018), validado por tres expertos en el tema y constó de 12 ítems. Los resultados fueron procesados en el programa Excel y nos indican que el Benchmarking en la municipalidad es regular, porque no existen resultados totales con el máximo puntaje, así como con el mínimo puntaje. Se concluye que el Benchmarking en la municipalidad provincial de Ascope – 2020, es deficiente por la gran mayoría de los resultados obtenidos en donde se aprecia que los resultados en su mayoría son negativos. Asimismo, los colaboradores muy poco conocen sobre Benchmarking, no logran comparar sobre su aplicación y en que consiste la mejora del Benchmarking en las diversas áreas de la municipalidad provincial de Ascope – 2020

The objective of this research is to analyze Benchmarking in the provincial municipality of Ascope 2020. A simple descriptive design was used and for this we worked with a sample of 85 collaborators (workers), a non-probabilistic sampling was applied; likewise the technique is the survey and the instrument used is the questionnaire of the author Marcelo Torres (2018), validated by three experts on the subject and consisted of 12 items. The results were processed in the Excel program and indicate us that Benchmarking in the municipality is regular, because there are no total results with the maximum score, as well as with the minimum score. It is concluded that Benchmarking in the provincial municipality of Ascope - 2020 is deficient due to the great majority of the results obtained, where it can be seen that the results are mostly negative. Likewise, the collaborators know very little about Benchmarking, they are unable to compare its application and the improvement of Benchmarking in the different areas of the provincial municipality of Ascope - 2020.
